Check it...

Look what I just found...

Through an extraordinary partnership with the Africa Aid Foundation, a t-shirt is being elevated to its highest call yet - life saver. With the purchase of each THIS SHIRT SAVED A LIFE tee from Tiny Revolutionary, $20 will be donated directly to Africa Aid to fund a child in their school lunch program in the Buduburam Refugee Settlement in Ghana for an entire year. The once daily, nutritious meal this donation provides ensures that a child is able to focus on learning for the future, not simply surviving for the present.

You can find this shirt here. They also have it for adults. You can also find another tshirt at the Africa Aid website.

Oh, and I found it because I am actually shopping for a new diaper bag/purse. I am currently using a huge-o-mongous bag from H&M that has no compartments so I am constantly losing things in the bag and end up emptying it's contents wherever I may be. This is not very fun, so I'm looking for something to help organize the wipes and the dipes, but also something I would like to carry when Micah isn't with me. Any suggestions? Please? :)

  2. Wow, what a great idea with the shirts! I love my Kipling bag that I got in Vietnam (I think they're manufactured in Australia).

  3. Sorry I don't have any bag suggestions, but I like the t-shirt and the terminology "wipes and dipes".

Thanks for your encouragement on our situation...7 families are traveling in May and we are not one of them. ICK!!! We got details on our case so I'm momentarily at peace. Agh..when will this stop being so agonizing?!?! When we finally have S in our arms. Did you make it for Mamush's b-day?
    Talk to you soon.

  5. I LOVE the shirts!!! Ok - I know you don't know me that well yet - but the only thing I want as much as I want a baby is a diaper bag!!! I have a serious addiction to purses :) I grew up with one of the owners of Petunia Pickle Bottom so I have to endorse them. They are actually having an outlet sale right now too so you can get some really pricey bags for a great cost. Go to www.petuniaoutlet.com. I also really love Fleurville diaper bags. They are super cute and environmentally friendly!

  6. I have a great diaper bag/purse called a Baby Sac (manufacturer is Cudlie). It has side pockets for bottles or sippies and front pockets that are great for wallet, cell phone, etc. The big compartment holds about 4 diapers, wipes, a couple small toys and a small container of treats. It is a great size and I don't feel stupid carrying it around without Mari. I got is in chocolate brown but I think you can get it in different colors (just at various stores...I think Burlington Coat has them).
